Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. PW4000 Program is seeking a Model Manager to support the Program in addressing all aspects of the PW4000 program. This leadership position requires strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, attention to detail, complete follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will be proficient at bringing together the necessary supporting team to address strategic, tactical, customer focused, and programmatic issues to drive to a solution that meets the Program objectives.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions that address material constraints and support program objectives.
  • Identify and track top material risks; drive focused, cross-functional action plans to mitigate impacts to customers and MRO shops.
  • Work with partners, suppliers, spare parts teams, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
  • Mitigate critical issues related to delivery, induction schedules, and shop visit progress.
  • Establish processes, metrics, and goals to measure and improve MRO performance.
  • Support development and execution of aftermarket strategies, including Sustainment, Aftermarket Strategy, and Partnership contract renewals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives, including customer-specific initiatives.
  • Support the Program Manager in leading multi-functional teams for program execution and capture.
  • Provide timely status updates to Commercial Engines senior leadership; create and manage consistent reporting processes for IPMT and program leadership.
  • Track and report cost, schedule, engine status, customer updates, financials, and internal program review information.
  • Manage program priorities and ensure alignment across AIPT and IPMT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with enterprise functions to close organizational gaps and support program execution.
  • Contribute to organization-wide initiatives, including employee engagement, wellness, and safety committees.
QualificationsYou Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following: Operations, engineering, program management and project management.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
