Job description

Would you like to use your insurance and risk management skills to help church and non-profit ministries? Our team is looking for a Territory Manager to help grow and retain church and non-profit clients. We are looking for a team player who has the ability to influence others for the positive. Do you have a demonstrated ability to communicate well with effective verbal and written presentation skills? The Territory Manager is a person with attention to detail but also the ability to interact with people and see the larger picture of helping organizations create safe ministries. This is both a sales and service position and reports to the Executive Vice President. Your workplace is both the office and onsite at client locales. If you are a licensed insurance professional with a desire to grow a territory and help local ministries with their insurance and risk management needs we would like to talk with you.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Assertive self-starter with the ability to influence others with demonstrated effective verbal and written presentation skills. Willing to travel as required. Expected to meet quarterly new business revenue goals and client retention goals. Knowledge of insurance principles and current underwriting criteria for carriers represented by the agency. Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation systems, and various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications
• College degree. Business concentration preferred.
• All licenses as required by the State Department of Financial Services in the states in which the Producer conducts business
