Adult Residential Program Coordinator

Cape Cod, MA | Full-Time

We're hiring both Program Coordinators (PCs) and Assistant Program Coordinators (APCs) to lead and support our Adult Residential Programs serving adults with Autism and developmental disabilities.

Whether you're an experienced supervisor ready to lead your own home or someone looking to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you.

Positions are available based on your experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

As a member of our residential leadership team, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment while ensuring quality care for the individuals we support.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading or supporting the day-to-day operations of an adult residential home.
  • Providing direct support while coaching and mentoring Direct Support Professionals.
  • Coordinating household operations including meals, shopping, recreation, appointments, and daily routines.
  • Ensuring MAP compliance, documentation, and safety procedures.
  • Collaborating with nursing, clinical teams, families, and program leadership.
  • Participating in on-call responsibilities.
  • Supporting staff development and maintaining a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License with at least one year of licensed driving experience.
  • Crisis intervention/physical management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
  • One or more years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. (APC)
  • MAP Certification. (PC)
  • Previous supervisory experience. (PC)
  • Two or more years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. (PC)

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and the position offered.

  • Assistant Program Coordinator: Starting at $22/hour ($23/hour with MAP Certification)
  • Program Coordinator: Starting at $26/hour
