 What You will Do:

The primary focus of this role is to Partner with Business Unit Leadership to drive the strategy and implementation of solution services to our global customers in the areas of Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Aftermarket Services.

 

Duties & responsibilities: 

  • Align delivery efforts with sales initiatives and partner closely with our sales organizations to deliver and expand on new opportunities with a solutions-based mindset
  • Coordinate strategic delivery campaign focus across the overall account services and value streams.
  • Perform as the delivery focal in management of the delivery functions across multiple sites in the US and international support locations
  • Coordinate with global account management and delivery teams in support of local global execution and continual improvement of delivery execution of distributed project management
  • Generate and approve quotations for SOW requests, unsolicited bids, and RFPs
  • Accountability for the financial aspects of the position inclusive of revenue generation, growth, invoicing, monthly/quarterly revenue and cost forecasting, etc
  • Manage a direct reporting staff across multiple offices/locations.
  • Lead Quest Global initiatives in driving the culture and core values while enhancing the employee satisfaction experience through the application of continual engagement initiatives
  • Perform customer facing interactions and relationship development to drive successful alignment and execution of our customer contact plans
  • Champion continual improvement and drive achievement of contractual and/or internal efficiency and cost reduction targets
  • Develop strong succession planning and leadership capability across multiple levels of the team & organization


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or similar discipline
  • 5+ years of previous leadership / managerial experience in operations or engineering 
  • Ability to influence others, create a cohesive group and positive team culture across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking & ability to make timely and sound decisions based upon data and experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a matrix organization, successfully manage conflict, and drive positive results to multiple stakeholders
  • Proven and demonstrated strength in interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to succeed in a global team environment
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Pay Range: $85K- $95K


Work Requirements:

  • This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
