Position Summary: The Program Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, fostering a supportive culture for staff, and driving clinic productivity. This individual will lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: Patient-Centered Leadership: Foster a welcoming and positive culture focused on quality patient outcomes and staff retention. Clinical Supervision: Conduct regular, scheduled individual supervision meetings with counselors and team meetings, documenting progress and outcomes.

Staff Development: Train new clinical and support staff, provide performance evaluations, and identify professional development needs. Data and Productivity Management: Monitor clinic performance metrics, address areas of improvement, and drive staff accountability for results. Clinical Documentation: Oversee and sign off on essential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, assessments, admissions, discharges, and continued stay reviews.

Crisis Intervention: Advocate for patients by addressing emergency situations and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team for effective care. Direct Patient Care: Manage a partial caseload as needed, including conducting assessments, coordinating care with other health professionals, and reviewing patient progress against treatment goals. Staffing and Recruitment: Participate in hiring decisions, recommend staff discharges, and build a cohesive, high-performing team.
