FCP Euro is seeking a Sr Program Manager - Inventory Optimization and Capacity to support fulfillment operations by planning, forecasting, and optimizing capacity and inventory placement across all fulfillment centers to ensure optimized handling of current and future demand. In this role, you will develop short, mid, and long-range capacity models to identify constraints and opportunities, recommending data-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with operations, supply planning, engineering, continuous improvement, and finance teams to align capacity strategies with business growth and seasonal volume. Additionally, you will lead the creation of reporting to monitor capacity and slotting health, with a primary focus on driving efficiency in both inventory storage and FC operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Inventory Optimization & Capacity Planning: Monitor fulfillment center capacity and utilization metrics, analyzing storage, labor, equipment, and throughput performance trends.
  • Strategic Forecasting: Forecast inventory and order volume impacts on network capacity to identify operational risks and bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance on strategic planning initiatives.
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of FCP Euro's overall inventory storage strategy.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and scenario models to support capacity planning and track utilization governance to ensure continuous improvement.

Experience and Skill Requirements
  • 5+ years working within ecommerce warehousing.
  • 4-year college degree (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience analyzing and optimizing inventory slotting and inventory capacity.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisor or team leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly ambiguous environment and deliver world-class results.
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and business intelligence toolsets.
  • Expert-level experience with WMS and leveraging WMS to implement inventory storage/slotting strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience writing capital allocation request documents with an ability to clearly articulate the business need/vision of the project, including financial impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and solutions to management.

Compensation
This is an exempt role with a base salary of $140,000 - $170,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $157,800 to $191,600 annually.
