Roles & Responsibilities
• Program manager for supporting platform infrastructure functions.
• Key responsibilities include adapting current processes and controls for a dual production platform (A/B Strategy). Provide solutions that will ensure minimal impact to platform users while remaining in compliance with the Bank's Global Information Systems (GIS) standards.
• Expectations include serving as individual contributor to handle various tasks associated with Infrastructure Management and respond to inquiries on a timely manner.
• Oversee multiple production platforms, analyze events on daily basis and providing process improvements to support an A/B strategy between the two production platforms.
• Candidate will be expected to also monitor, analyze, and report infrastructure change events
• Document processes, procedures and contributes to process integration and improvement efforts.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Familiarity with ITSM Remedy Change Management (CRQS)
Project Management skills should include familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodology but not required.
Must be able to facilitate conference calls and provide detailed meeting minutes.
Must be familiar with Remedy, MS Office Tools, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with Airflow Experience with the following concepts and tools: Airflow (SQL, Tools)
