Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive assessments of clients' current crop insurance operations, processes, and technology infrastructure
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for modernization, including process automation, data analytics integration, and the adoption of new digital platforms
  • Develop strategic, data-driven roadmaps to help clients achieve their business objectives for efficiency, growth, and compliance
  • Leverage a strong professional network to foster relationships, develop new business opportunities, and enhance KPMG's presence in the crop insurance marketplace
  • Serve as a primary subject matter expert on client-facing engagements, providing insights on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
  • Manage engagement teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products
  • Contribute to firm thought leadership through articles, industry presentations, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
