Job description

SR. Program Manager:
  • Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
  • Responsible to lead of team of Program Managers.
  • Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
  • Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
  • Customer Relations - Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
  • A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.
    BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred - Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required.
    All candidates must meet the US persons criteria.
Salary Range:: $140-$175K/yr.
Please note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
