Job description

Position: Assistant Program Manager
Program: Eddy Center
Location: Middletown
Salary: $60,000/annually
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Sunday 7a-3p, and 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday 3p-11p
Program Summary:
Eddy Center is a transitional 24-hour program that supports adult men who are under the supervision of the Department of Correction. The program provides case management services and employment readiness support while facilitating access to community-based resources for clinical treatment, continuing education and formal vocational training opportunities.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program including staff scheduling and supervision, training and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential setting and have strong communication skills, demonstrate an attention to detail, as well as understand recovery oriented and trauma informed care/programming. This position shares on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years related experience
  • Associate's Degree with 4 years related experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position

Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees are required to attend a mandatory two (2) day New Hire Orientation held in our Roscommon office in Middletown.
