Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Operations Manager. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation, maintenance, and development of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE)
  • Manage and provide MACC-TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements for support
  • Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan, that is fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the installation
  • Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects
  • Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays
  • Be prepared to perform the duties for the Program Manager, if required

Minimum Qualifications of Operations Manager
Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline 7+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior level DoD personnel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
  • Must have TS clearance, SCI eligible
