Job description

Who we are looking for

We are seeking qualified individual with experience in Project / Program Management, Product Development, Change Management, and Executive Communications to manage a program composed of initiatives supporting our Alternatives Fund Services line of business. The ideal candidate should have experience in defining and developing project plans including market analysis, business case, objectives, product requirements, and wireframes. They should also have experience in working with cross functional projects within a program to develop multi program views of objectives, timelines, dependencies, architecture, and issues including an overall roadmap. They should have experience in the use of Jira (with Advanced Roadmaps) to document, track, and manage a project portfolio. They should have comfort developing materials and communicating to senior stakeholders regarding project status, observations, issues, and accomplishments. Most importantly the candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, driving decision making and communicating at all levels of seniority.

What you will be responsible for

As the Alternatives Project Manager Vice President, you will

  • Develop project plans, product roadmap, business case, objectives, product requirements, and wireframes
  • Use latest AI technology to build efficiencies in the project & program management processes
  • Document overall program schedule, milestones, and cross product dependencies - leverage existing forums and collateral
  • Document and share project and process improvement opportunities
  • Host forums for project 'deep dives' and influence individual project scope, solution approach / architecture, delivery timelines related to cross project dependencies
  • Participate in and model business, process, and data analysis of complex data and visualization including requirements, architecture, data flows, and wireframes
  • Consult with business unit management as needed to analyze requirements asking probing questions to ensure the real needs are surfaced and understood.
  • Partner with technology and Operations for the rollout of enhanced project status reporting through the Atlassian toolkit
  • Participate in change management forums to understand timing and impact of project changes - scope, budget, schedule
  • Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders (as needed)
  • Provide regular status updates and supporting program management reports as needed
  • Communicate with scrum teams, business owners and product to ensure all stakeholders are well informed and that the project roadmap is on track

  • Experience in implementing AI process solutions
  • Prior Product Management, Change Management, and/or Consulting experience
  • Prior Project Management for business transformation experience
  • MBA or PMP a plus
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence - reporting, setups, Advanced Roadmaps
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, co pilot and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create visual models that support analyses, such as Gantt charts, data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and wireframes
  • Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines
  • AI literate

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
