Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager leads highly strategic, crossfunctional, or enterpriselevel programs composed of multiple related projects. This role ensures integrated delivery, alignment to business objectives, and effective management of risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. The Senior Program Manager serves as a thought partner to executives, shaping program direction and coaching delivery teams.


Responsibilities:
Program Leadership

  • Define and manage program plan, roadmap, scope, and success measures.
  • Lead planning and execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams or projects.

Governance & Integration

  • Facilitate program level steering committees and decision forums.
  • Ensure alignment across interdependent projects and multiple functions.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing at the program level.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Advise executives and senior leaders on program trade offs, risks, and impacts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and functional leaders.

Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure consistent application of PMO frameworks and delivery standards.
  • Mentor Program Managers and Project Managers contributing to the program.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the full program lifecycle.


Education and Experience:
Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years leading largescale or enterprise level programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • PMP or PgMP required; Agile or Lean certifications preferred.
  • Proven success influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
