The Integrated Solutions Program Manager (Specialist, Third-Party or Carrier & GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents and/or programs.

What You'll Do

  • Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting procedures & guidelines.
  • Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
  • Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST's "Fourteen Warning Signs" and concerning trends.
  • Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
  • Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.
  • Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed.
  • May perform miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.

Knowledge/Skills/Background

  • Minimum 1yearexperience in financial services, bank operations, wires or similar position
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Punctuality and timeliness
  • Very organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet

Compensation

The estimatedhourly ratefor this role is $24.00 -$31.25, along with eligibility to earn a quarterly commission. Actualpayrate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
