This role supports product lifecycle management by helping develop, launch, and evolve products that create value for customers, partners, and end users. You will translate customer needs and market insights into internal priorities, partner closely with Sales as a key point of contact, and support sales enablement, growth strategies, product launches, and pricing. This role is vital to Firetrace's overall strategy, goals, and growth initiatives as the company expands internationally.

  • Gather customer, partner, and internal stakeholder feedback
  • Support product launch planning and execution
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and adoption
  • Develop product requirements and business cases
  • Manage projects for key customer initiatives
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
  • Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and strategic fit
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience. Additional work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
  • Exposure to product development, business analysis, consulting, engineering, design, customer success, or project management
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results
  • While not required, experience with project management & collaboration tools (Monday.com, Miro, etc.), Customer Relationship Platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce), and familiarity with Agile principles and iterative product development is beneficial
