Our client is a premium finance company and they are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive to help expand its footprint. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships throughout the insurance marketplace.

You will actively identify new business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and work closely with clients to deliver tailored premium finance solutions that support their business objectives.Duties and responsibilities:Develop and expand relationships with insurance agencies, carriers, MGAs, wholesalers. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry engagement. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Conduct presentations and consultative sales meetings with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and position customized premium finance solutions accordingly. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.Experience:Proven success in business development, sales, or relationship management within insurance, premium finance, lending, or financial services.

Strong understanding of the insurance industry and premium finance marketplace preferred. Experience working with agencies, carriers, MGAs, wholesalers, or lending organizations highly valued. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop trust and credibility with decision-makers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
