We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in insurance policy administration, insurance operations, policy documentation, and compliance review workflows.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured insurance workflow analysis, policy administration review, compliance documentation, scenario development, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their insurance expertise to review policy lifecycle processes, evaluate documentation requirements, create structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based insurance workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Policy Administration & Workflow Review

  • Review insurance policy administration scenarios involving endorsements, renewals, cancellations, premium audits, certificates of insurance, and compliance documentation
  • Assess policy lifecycle requirements including required fields, documentation steps, notice periods, premium impacts, and supporting records
  • Create structured task examples based on realistic insurance administration workflows
  • Evaluate insurance documentation against defined requirements and verifiable source materials

Insurance Documentation & Compliance Support

  • Review policy forms, wording, renewal packages, COIs, audit workpapers, DOI filings, and market conduct materials
  • Identify documentation gaps, procedural requirements, and expected outcomes based on provided materials
  • Support structured review of compliance-related insurance workflows
  • Prepare clear written outputs that reflect professional insurance administration standards

Structured Review & Quality Support

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 3+ years of experience in policy administration, insurance operations, insurance compliance, brokerage, carrier operations, MGA workflows, or related insurance functions
  • Experience with endorsement processing, renewal processing, premium audits, COI issuance and tracking, state DOI filings, market conduct documentation, policy form review, or policy wording review
  • Familiarity with insurance administration platforms such as Guidewire PolicyCenter, Duck Creek, AMS360, EPIC, carrier systems, or similar tools
  • Comfort reading and preparing policy administration artifacts such as endorsements, renewal packages, COIs, DOI filings, and audit workpapers
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain reasoning clearly
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work

Educational Background

  • A degree or professional background in insurance, risk management, business administration, compliance, finance, legal studies, or a related field is helpful
  • Equivalent practical experience in insurance administration, brokerage, carrier operations, or compliance workflows is also highly relevant

Nice to Have

  • AINS, CPCU, or equivalent insurance credentials
