Paralegal/Insurance Compliance Coordinator

Position Overview

This is a full-time, 100% in-person position (no remote work available) reporting directly to the CFO. This role bridges the gap between office operations and legal administration, requiring an analytical eye for policy documentation and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Scrutiny: Review, revise, and process customer and dealer contracts for structural accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Operational Flow: Support the administration team with high-speed data entry, record maintenance, and precise digital filing/scanning.
  • Partner Communication: Manage professional correspondence (emails and professional letters) with customers, automotive dealers, and lienholders.
  • Frontline Support: Manage incoming calls with a helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Office Maintenance: Perform basic office tasks including light bookkeeping, spreadsheet auditing, and acting as flexible backup for other administrative support roles as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Background: Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Contract Specialist, or Insurance Operations Specialist is strongly .
  • Software Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read, analyze, and apply numeric data found on policy forms.
  • Communication: Top-tier written and verbal communication skills paired with an authentic, friendly customer-service attitude.
  • Logistics: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and have a reliable daily commute to our office in Lakewood, CO 80227 (required).

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM (No weekend or evening shifts)
  • Pay Range: $50,000 โ€“ $60,000 annually (Dependent on experience)
