We are seeking a strategic and guest-focused Operations Manager to lead our Front Desk and Housekeeping operations. In this role, you’ll set the tone for service excellence, mentor and develop team members, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the Park Terrace Hotel standard.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead Front Desk Operations: Oversee day-to-day Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, proper staffing levels, and consistent service standards.
  • Support Housekeeping Operations: Review daily housekeeping operations, room turnover and movement, and operational oversight. 
  • Maintain a strong line of communication between Front Office and Housekeeping departments
  • Recruit & Develop Talent: Recruit, interview, and onboard concierges. Provide training, coaching, and development alongside the Director of Front Office.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Engage directly with guests through meet-and-greet interactions, concierge services, and digital communication platforms. Handle reservations, billing inquiries, VIP arrangements, long-stay guests, and guest complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure Revenue & Compliance: Maximize room revenue through inventory control, oversee proper billing and credit procedures, monitor Night Audit functions, and ensure appropriate revenue collection practices.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Attend hotel operations meetings and liaise with other leaders to resolve guest and operational matters efficiently.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance: Work the Front Desk during peak periods to reinforce service excellence, foster a positive team culture, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee scheduling and inventory, ensuring timeliness and operational standards are met.
