Job description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure systems, processes, and performance standards are consistently executed. This role is responsible for translating leadership priorities into action, maintaining operational efficiency, and holding team members accountable to expectations. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting patient experience, staff performance, and clinic growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations and workflows
  • Standard Wellness Coordinator duties
  • Ensure operational policies, procedures, and systems are followed consistently
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, compliance, and clinic performance metrics
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
  • Hold team members accountable to performance standards and deadlines
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, chiropractors, and front desk staff
  • Support sales performance, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience required
  • Experience in operations, management, or clinic leadership preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
