About Maddox + You:
As an Operations Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the production facility. You will be responsible for the effective and successful management of this production facility as a whole. This includes but is not limited to Safety, Environmental, Employees, Productivity and Quality for the facility and related staff.
This is a very rewarding job and environment where you will lead a team of qualified industrial transformer technicians. Some of your activities will involve leading morning production meetings, coordinating production, holding monthly safety training, maintaining environmental documentation, performing quarterly and annual employee reviews, managing operational budgets, and updating job flow in our ERP system.

Basics:
  • This position currently works 45 hours on a 5-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). The schedule changes slightly during Summer/Winter, but is generally 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
