ABA Insurance Services is currently seeking an Insurance Operations Associate. The position is based out of the Shaker Heights, OH office. Great American's culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage policy lifecycle transactions, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and document quality across underwriting and policy administration systems.

  • Generates and distributes policy documents, certificates of insurance, and other related materials, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for agents, brokers and underwriters.

  • Partner with business teams to improve processes, drive efficiency, and reduce operational friction.

  • Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing efforts.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)

  • Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations or customer service.
