About the Role

As an Insurance Operations Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting the operational execution of our reinsurance business across North America. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and help simplify operational workflows
  • Partner with teams across Client Markets, Treaty Administration, Finance, Valuation, and other business areas to support the full business lifecycle
  • Provide responsive, professional support to internal stakeholders while delivering excellent service

Our team works across departments, connecting people, processes, and data to help the business operate effectively. We value collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a willingness to learn. Every member of the team plays a meaningful role, and everyone's ideas are welcomed.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working with people who genuinely support one another, you'll feel right at home.

About You

You're someone who enjoys being organized, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and aren't afraid to take ownership of new responsibilities.

You're excited by the opportunity to build a long-term career in a global financial services organization and enjoy working in an environment where priorities can change and every day brings something new.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3+ years of experience in operations, administration, financial services, insurance, or a related field (internship experience also considered)

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate data accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have
