Lime is hiring an Out-of-Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering seamless last-mile logistics and field operations. In this role, you'll lead the strategic deployment of vehicles and assets across the city to maximise utilisation, coverage, and customer access. You'll manage relationships with external logistics partners and driver networks, oversee scheduling and performance, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and continuously optimize deployment routes, placement strategies, and recovery operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate can balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic planning - using data and market insights to forecast demand, guide decision-making, and deliver measurable impact. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with fleet, product, and government relations teams and lead key initiatives such as coverage expansion, driver incentive programs, and partner network development to help shape the future of mobility.
This is a warehouse-based position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours.
What You'll Do:
  • Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Operations Specialists including performance management, defining short and long term goals, increasing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement efforts consistently
  • Manage end-to-end out-of-warehouse operations by leveraging field data, utilization reports, and market analytics to guide the strategic positioning of vehicles for maximum coverage, while simultaneously ensuring SLAs are met by managing workforce, resolving bottlenecks, and continuously improving in-field processes.
  • Continuously analyse market demand patterns to refine placement strategies and ensure efficient deployment across zones.
  • Manage relationships with external logistics partners, contractors, and driver networks, overseeing scheduling and performance across multiple shifts and regions.
  • Ensure all field operations meet local regulatory and safety requirements, leading audits and compliance initiatives to maintain operational readiness.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to in-field maintenance staff to enhance performance and service outcomes.
  • Optimise deployment routes, asset placement, and recovery operations to minimise downtime and reduce logistics costs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, Government Relations and product teams to align placement strategies, pricing models, and compliance measures.
  • Lead strategic projects such as coverage expansion plans, driver incentive programs, partner network development, and placement optimization pilots to support growth and operational excellence

About You:
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position coupled with knowledge of last mile delivery operational processes
  • Experience leading teams or groups preferred
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills - you can solve complex problems in a logical and structured manner.
  • Data driven in everything that you do - you must be very data centric and able to process and analyse data to solve problems and spot opportunities. (SQL and G-sheets)
  • Work well under pressure - you must be able to handle competing demands and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Can-do attitude, no task is below you.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability to deliver precise and meaningful impact.
  • An organized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.

U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans. We also provide company-paid life and disability insurance and company-funded mental health benefits.
  • Financial & Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with both pre-tax and Roth options, and access to a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a monthly company contribution.
  • Family & Fertility Support: Paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus fertility and family-forming benefits.
  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation, paid leaves, and 10 company holidays.
  • Unique Lime Perks: Complimentary use of Lime vehicles in participating cities, a monthly phone allowance, dedicated learning and development days, and access to perks including One Medical, Wellhub, and Headspace.

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate's location and relevant skills and experience.
