Job Summary Class Insurance Agency is looking for a dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to help support our commercial trucking insurance office. This is a stable in-office role for someone who is organized, professional on the phone, comfortable with computer work, and willing to learn. Most of the work is phone, email, document, and office-support related. There is little to no face-to-face client interaction, making this a good fit for someone who enjoys a calm professional office environment and takes pride in keeping daily work organized.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls professionally and route messages to the correct team member.

Monitor emails, organize documents, and assist with basic office workflow.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate client and policy information.
