As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and delivering professional insurance advice with warmth and clarity. You'll handle day-to-day service needs such as policy changes, certificates, billing, renewals, and claims while ensuring clients feel supported and understood. Requirements

Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in an insurance customer service role or related field is advantageous.
