This role operates within a dynamic teletherapy framework that prioritizes flexibility and accessibility. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will be integrated into a virtual outpatient office that allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home in Hillsboro, Oregon, or any suitable location. • Conduct individual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for clients seeking mental health support.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, set achievable therapeutic goals, and develop custom treatment plans aimed at fostering positive mental health outcomes.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that interventions remain effective and relevant.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions to share insights, consult on challenging cases, and enhance collaborative care delivery.
• Uphold ethical guidelines set forth by professional licensing boards and our organization, ensuring that all services provided are within the scope of your licensure.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will take a holistic approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs. Your expertise will be critical in fostering resilience and guiding clients toward meaningful change.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, to conduct therapy sessions effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to foster rapport with clients and coordinate effectively with colleagues.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy preferred.
• Experience working in a virtual environment or teletherapy setting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while being an integral part of a remote team.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
