Job description

We are hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to support individuals and families who have already requested information about insurance solutions.


This is a remote, client-facing role focused on guiding clients through simple protection options using a structured, compliant process. Youโ€™ll work with inbound requests and conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom.


This position is commission-based and requires state insurance licensing.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Connect with inbound client requests who have asked for insurance information
  • Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
  • Ask clear questions to understand client needs
  • Present appropriate insurance options based on those needs
  • Assist clients through the application process
  • Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
  • Participate in required training and team meetings


Work Schedule

  • Fully remote
  • Flexible scheduling based on client availability

Compensation
