Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Remote)
Employment Type: Seasonal Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking customer-focused and licensed Insurance Sales Agents to support Medicare Annual Enrollment Program (AEP). In this role, you will assist customers through inbound calls and chat communications, helping them understand their Medicare coverage options and enroll in plans that best meet their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and chat communications from Medicare members and prospective customers.
  • Assist customers with selecting and enrolling in Medicare plans.
  • Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Meet established productivity and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Active Resident Health Insurance License.
  • License must remain active and valid through December 8, 2027.
  • Resident license must match your current state of residence.
  • Previous Medicare, AEP, or insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
  • Basic computer proficiency with Windows operating systems.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work full-time with open availability between Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST.
