  • 5+ years of progressive experience in aviation MRO, aerospace manufacturing, or a similarly regulated production environment. Fuel accessories experience required.
  • +3 years of direct leadership experience overseeing production, repair, manufacturing, or shop-floor operations.
  • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Desired Skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading daily production operations, including labor planning, manpower allocation, scheduling, capacity planning, overtime management, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing or aviation MRO operations, including ERP systems, production planning, and repair processes.
  • Experience managing multiple production cells, shops, shifts, or product lines within an aviation MRO environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve operational challenges, and improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Significant technical or operational experience with gas turbine fuel accessories, fuel controls, fuel systems, power generation, pneumatic systems, or related aircraft accessory repairs.
  • Working knowledge of FAA quality system requirements, technical procedures, export compliance, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience using operational metrics, visual management tools, and Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles to improve turnaround time, throughput, labor utilization, and overall performance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills, with experience in capital planning, facility expansion, and aviation certifications such as an A&P or FAA Part 65 Repairman Certificate preferred.
