The Homestead District Office of Farmers Insurance in Springfield, Missouri is seeking ambitious professionals who want more than a traditional job. Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured training and development program focused on insurance, sales, marketing, customer service, and agency operations.

  • Utilize provided leads, referrals, networking opportunities, and outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to obtain an insurance producers license
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills
