Team Introduction: The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team focuses on non-commerce performance products-like lead generation and app advertising across various industry verticals. We're looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-focused intern to join our Global Product Marketing team. You'll work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and cross-functional partners to support go-to-market strategy, performance insights, client messaging, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited to learn how digital ad products are launched, positioned, and optimized. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Go-to-market support: Help analyze product functionality, test hypotheses, and refine product messaging for advertiser-facing initiatives. - Performance insights: Conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers for our products. - Market intelligence: Assist in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategy. - Sales enablement: Contribute to internal and external collateral like playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports. - Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok Search Ads solutions and leverage these products to achieve customer goals. - Product ops: Help improve how we communicate product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Reporting & experimentation: Build dashboards or simple reports to track performance trends, surface insights, and recommend creative or targeting improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently in the process of obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. - Solid analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets, SQL, basic data or data visualisation tools - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026. Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated interest in product marketing, performance-driven growth, or performance advertising (e.g. through coursework, side projects, internships) - Experience working cross-functionally or in team-based projects, especially where ambiguity or multiple stakeholders were involved - Previous internship experience in tech, advertising, consulting, or startups - Exposure to product-led growth, user acquisition, or digital advertising - Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to figure things out with limited structure or hand-holding - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
