Position Summary

The HR Intern is a fully integrated member of the Human Resources team, providing handson support across employee engagement, events, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent initiatives. This role is designed to deliver realworld HR experience by contributing meaningfully to active projects, daily operations, and strategic initiatives while developing core HR capabilities in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.

Specific Responsibilities

HR Program & Operations Support Actively support daytoday HR operations across multiple HR disciplines, contributing to deliverables that directly impact employees and leaders.Employee Engagement & Events Execution Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications that strengthen culture and employee experience.Compensation & Benefits Exposure and Support Support compensation and benefits activities including data preparation, audits, communication support, and process documentation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.HR Data, Reporting & Process Improvement Support HR reporting, data validation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort learning HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
