What You'll Do

The Grant Implementation Coordinator provides strategic oversight and coordination for a diverse portfolio of externally funded initiatives across the health system. This role independently supervises the implementation of complex, multi-service-line projects funded through grants and contracts, ensuring projects achieve stated goals, performance metrics, and timelines. The position exercises substantial discretion and judgment in resolving implementation challenges, managing reporting obligations, and guiding teams to adapt strategies and overcome barriers to success.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of program implementation and performance management

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptive management skills

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent time management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience coordinating or managing complex programs or externally funded initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment on matters of significance
