Job description

Location Details: This is a hybrid role with travel to WJHTC in Atlantic City, NJ required on a monthly or as needed basis. Preferred applicant location is New Jersey, Washington D.C, or East Coast.
Evans is hiring an Implementation Support Consultant resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. This role focuses on maintaining and ensuring alignment of deployment schedules across multiple stakeholders and domains, coordinating infrastructure readiness, supporting procurement and logistics activities, and delivering data-driven insights to program leadership.
  • Develop and maintain integrated deployment schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, including critical path analysis, resource alignment, and variance tracking
  • Coordinate deployment activities across stakeholders (ES/TSSC, FTI, Local Facilities, etc.), supporting resolution of scheduling conflicts and maintaining milestone alignment
  • Track site deployment readiness, including sequencing, dependencies, and facility-level constraints
  • Perform schedule impact analysis and scenario modeling to support change requests and waterfall revisions
  • Support technical change management, including tracking change requests, assessing impacts to schedule and deployment timelines, and maintaining alignment with approved baselines
  • Apply configuration management practices to ensure control and consistency of deployment artifacts, system versions, and documentation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor schedule performance, risks, and key metrics
  • Support procurement and logistics coordination, including equipment ordering, tracking, and delivery alignment with deployment timelines
  • Maintain deployment documentation and artifacts (GSIP, SOPs, site waterfall lists, checklists) with strong version control and data integrity
  • Coordinate with Air Traffic, Tech-Ops, and labor groups (NATCA, PASS) to support deployment activities
  • Identify and escalate schedule, cost, and deployment risks and contribute to mitigation planning

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, deployment coordination, or program support within large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for schedule development and analysis
  • Experience supporting technical change management and configuration management processes
  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills using Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, VBA/macros)
  • Experience supporting procurement and logistics for technical or infrastructure deployments on a national scale
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking concept and cloud-based systems a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
