Job description

Clear Ridge Defense is seeking a TS/SCI cleared professional with poly eligibility to serve as a Mission Trainer in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will...

  • Develop, maintain and deliver training materials
  • Provide lesson plans/presentation/curricula in support of educational goals
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback and asses for incorporation into training products
  • Develop/maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the government

Must-Haves

You possess...

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • A TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associates degree with 12 years' experience in an intelligence discipline
