Every-Other-Week Schedule (40 hours/week)
Mr. Rooter of Baltimore is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a key part of upholding our service philosophy by delivering the highest level of customer service. You will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and communicate effectively with customers and technicians.

Schedule (Alternating Every Other Week)
Week 1
  • Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    Total: 40 hours
Week 2
  • Monday- (Thursday Off) or Work (Sunday Off)
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM
    Total: 40 hours
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls based on customer needs
  • Communicate schedule changes or delays with customers and technicians
  • Use customer development techniques via phone, email, mail, and personal contact
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Job Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
