Job description

Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to handle no-fault litigation matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end civil litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents for insurance defense matters.

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, court appearances, ADR proceedings, and trial-related preparation.

  • Perform legal research, review medical records, and manage insurance coverage issues.

  • Maintain client communications with corporations, motor carriers, insurance companies, and private clients across Michigan.

  • Report directly to a named partner with 38 years' experience while managing caseload, client development, and firm administrative functions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of no-fault litigation experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.

  • Licensed Michigan attorney in good standing.

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Experience in discovery practice, ADR, case management, and client relations.

  • Ability to manage caseload, practice development, and client acquisition efforts.
