We are seeking a skilled and caring Concierge to join our team at Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC in Rochester, NY. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds their expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere

  • Coordinate and arrange transportation, appointments, and outings for residents

  • Manage and maintain the concierge desk, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing requests, and maintaining records

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall care and service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, nursing, or a related field preferred

  • 1 years of experience; previous experience in skilled nursing
