We are seeking an experienced Remote Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a self-structured environment. This is a high-activity sales environment. We provide multiple lead sources to keep your pipeline full, but success comes from consistent prospecting, follow-up, and daily outbound activity. Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calling and consistent follow-up.
  • Work multiple company provided lead sources, including internet leads, direct mail inquiries, warm transfers, and internal referrals.
  • Quote Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycles and Boat insurance.
  • Conduct proactive insurance reviews and identify cross selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a consistent level of daily sales activity, including outbound calls, quoting, and follow-up.
  • Build long-term customer relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and underwriting compliance.
  • Meet individual activity and monthly sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license is required
  • 2 years of prior insurance sales experience
  • 1 year of prior remote work experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
