• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group counseling services to address personal, psychological, and occupational challenges that our clients face.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are informed by psychiatric diagnoses and specific client needs, ensuring that each treatment pathway is personalized.
• Utilize advanced interview techniques, case history reviews, and observational skills to collect vital bio-psycho-social information from clients.
• Conduct thorough analyses of collected information to establish accurate diagnoses and advise on appropriate treatment strategies or referrals to specialized services.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment approaches and make necessary adjustments to enhance the therapeutic process and client outcomes.

You will engage with a diverse clientele that may include individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural contexts. Our patients often face unique challenges related to mental health, chronic stress, trauma, and life transitions, and your role will be crucial in helping them navigate these issues through empathetic counseling and support.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential for this role.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to ensure client safety and emergency preparedness.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding practices, research methodologies, and clinical documentation is necessary for effective case management.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases and priorities efficiently.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, showcasing a solid track record in clinical settings.
