Job description

LegalStream is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Services Liaison to support client communication, internal coordination, and follow-through across our legal network and operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who is a true taskmaster—someone who keeps calendars, deliverables, follow-ups, escalations, and documentation moving without letting details slip. The right candidate is proactive, polished, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where timeliness, accuracy, and accountability matter.

The Client Services Liaison will help ensure that client requests are understood, tracked, communicated internally, and completed on time. This person will work closely with leadership, internal, and external stakeholders to help keep the organization organized, responsive, and aligned with client expectations.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate client requests with executives, internal teams, and external legal partners to keep work moving on schedule
  • Manage calendars, action items, deadlines, and deliverables so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Track client-facing deliverables, open items, and escalations through resolution
  • Support onboarding of new clients by gathering required information and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain documentation of all client interactions, requests, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery and strengthen client satisfaction
  • Help ensure LegalStream remains responsive, organized, and highly reliable from the client perspective


What You Bring:

  • 3+ Years of prior experience in client services, account management or administrative support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on solutions and follow‑through
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally with operations, leadership, and support teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or case‑management tools
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability


Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in a law firm, legal services environment, creditors’ rights setting, or other legal support role
  • Paralegal training, legal secretary training, or similar legal-adjacent experience
  • Experience working with legal documentation, client requests, and deadline-driven workflows
  • Familiarity with case management, collections, or workflow systems is a plus
