Within 2+ years our Management Trainee candidates undergo an adventurous, extensive, real-word training curriculum which will equip them with the tools and abilities to confidently lead their own multi-million dollar Greentech Renewables location.


You'll be acquiring knowledge in Solar Electricity Fundamentals, Warehouse Protocols and Operations, Customer Service Sales, Inventory & Purchasing, Outside Sales & Business Development, and Operations experience.


Throughout your training you will be traveling to other locations to attend seminars which will provide pertinent knowledge on our industry's best practices, technology, financial, and legal components.


This is not your ordinary trainee program where you're shadowing someone, learning bits and pieces of the business over time.

Phase I Warehouse Training (4 weeks)

Safety and equipment operation; shipping/receiving; freight claims; paper processing; backorders; warehouse organization; product familiarity


Phase II Customer Service Training (7 months)

Counter Sales/Inside Sales / Quotations

Product knowledge; customer interface and sales ability, phone sales techniques; joint

calls with outside salespersons and sales development team member, purchasing, inventory control


Phase III Operations Training (6 weeks)

Includes credit office, service center, and administration, purchasing


Phase IV Outside Sales Training (8.5 months+)
