Job Description

Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party RV, Heavy Equipment, trailers, and Motorcycle material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise.We are seeking an RV Adjuster to support field operations across the Raleigh, Burlington, and Greensboro, NC areas. In this role, you will assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers, and commercial equipment, helping ensure accurate and timely claim resolution.If you have strong estimating experience, enjoy working in the field, and take pride in delivering fair and thorough evaluations, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with National General, an Allstate company.Key Responsibilities

Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training

Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files

Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers

Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities

As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03-$43.70/hour

Field Adjuster Sr Cons I: $35.82-$50.24/hour

And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
