Job description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.
Ideal candidates will have 3โ€“5 years of experience in insurance coverage law and a strong background in third-party coverage, including drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Responsibilities include analyzing and drafting coverage opinions, representing clients in coverage litigation matters, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and carriers, and ensuring timely and high-quality work across all assignments.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000โ€“$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000โ€“$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000โ€“$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
