JOB SUMMARY: The ideal candidate for this role provides a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. Processes orders for material or merchandise received by telephone, email and fax. Demonstrating drive and enthusiasm while handling customer orders, questions, and complaints and billing inquiries.

This is not a remote position. You will be working in a call center within our distribution center located in Jamaica NY. WORK SCHEDULE: Full time 10am - 6pm Sunday + weekday Must be able to work every Saturday BENEFITS $20-$21per hour $1,000 Sign -on bonus Medical, Dental, Vision 401K with employer contributions and options for traditional or ROTH employee contributions Life Insurance Vacation, Holidays and Safe and Sick Leave Opportunitues for growth and cross- training in other departments SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bilingual in Spanish preferred Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks Able to perform 200 inbound and outbound calls per day Answer telephones and transmit messages Provide accurate information Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision Computer literate Classify and organize Reports and Tickets Arrange items in alphanumeric or subject order Speak clearly Work independently Plan, schedule and organize work Maintain a positive work environment Ensure the quality of work as measured against established standards Maintain confidentiality ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES Answers inbound calls for Order delivery, responds to questions Perform Outbound calls to customers Communicates with customers Keys orders via numeric Process Special Delivery orders Processes all Fax orders Completes Driver Notes Process late orders, Credit and Complaint forms Researches and compiles information Attends meetings and serves on temporary committees, as requested Ensures office equipment is in working order Attends assigned training sessions Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested .
