Williams Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency in Franklin, Tennessee. We specialize in Personal Insurance Packages Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella. We are growing and motivated to hire the right individual to join our top-notch Customer Service team. This position allows you to focus on building and maintaining client relationships through servicing personal lines policies within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound client questions and requests via phone and email regarding coverage, billing, and policy updates
  • Review and process policy changes - including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Work directly with multiple insurance carriers to prepare quotes, process endorsements and resolve policy issues
  • Remarket existing clients/policies to obtain alternative quotes and increase agency retention
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
  • Provide administrative support to other Account Managers and Producers
  • File claims and provide concierge-like assistance

Requirements
  • Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • 1+ years of personal lines insurance account management or customer service experience within an independent insurance agency or insurance brokerage environment
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Ability to learn new computer programs
  • Availability to work in office Monday through Friday in Franklin, TN
