POSITION SUMMARY
Meets operational standards; accomplishes human resource objectives; accomplishes billing and asset management objectives; meets financial standards.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meets operational standards by contributing asset control and billing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying inventory control system improvements.
  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Accomplishes billing and asset management objectives by measuring results against plans; evaluating and improving methods; making required changes.
  • Meets financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
  • Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options.
  • Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes.
  • Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.
  • Skilled at tracking, analyzing information needed to accomplish financial objectives, and recommending appropriate adjustments.
  • Ability to provide immediate supervision to employees, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and checking work at frequent intervals.
