Located in a fast-paced, customer-focused office, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, value-driven solutions, and a welcoming environment where motivated professionals can thrive.
We're currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent Trainee to support our growth in Sales and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who already holds their Property & Casualty (P&C) license and is ready to take the next step in their insurance career.
This is a full-time, in-office role - remote work is not available.
Position Type:
Full-Time | In-Office
What You'll Do:
  • Engage in value-based conversations with prospects and customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Market and promote State Farm insurance products and services (Auto, Home, Renters, Business, and more)
  • Participate in community marketing, outreach events, and social media campaigns
  • Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources (referrals, local events, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Support office goals through both service and sales activities
  • Maintain accurate records using State Farm systems
