Job description

We are on the lookout for a Leasing Agent on behalf of a client in the residential property management industry. This role supports a portfolio of apartment communities across multiple locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being out in the field.


What youโ€™ll be doing

  • Show available units and conduct property tours
  • Residential portfolio (primarily Class B & C assets)
  • Follow up with prospective tenants and manage inquiries
  • Support the leasing process from application through move-in
  • Complete move-in inspections and documentation
  • Maintain accurate tenant files and lease records
  • Verify tenant insurance and assist with utility setup
  • Travel between properties as required


Requirements

  • Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a similar field is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple locations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and access to a vehicle

Compensation

  • $50,000 โ€“ $57,500 base salary
  • $175 per lease signed
